My career began in international banking, Big Four consulting, and leadership roles across LATAM and Europe. From the outside, I looked successful — but inside, I felt misaligned. When I moved abroad, I watched colleagues with less experience advance faster. That’s when I realized:
Talent isn’t always enough. Presence, coherence, and image matter — deeply.
This realization became my purpose: helping others avoid the same feeling of invisibility despite their potential.
